ADHD Screening
Wondering whether ADHD could be part of your story?
ADHD screening is available for adults and teenagers who are looking to better understand their experiences and whether they may be consistent with ADHD. Screening explores current experiences, developmental history and how ADHD-related difficulties may be affecting different areas of life.
Screening is not the same as a formal ADHD diagnosis, but it can provide greater clarity and help you decide whether further assessment or other support may be appropriate.
ADHD screening includes:
A one-hour initial screening appointment
Screening questionnaires and relevant documentation
Review and interpretation of your information
A detailed written report
A follow-up appointment to discuss your results and possible next steps
Amy also brings professional knowledge alongside lived experience of ADHD and neurodivergence within family life. This personal understanding informs her work while maintaining an individual, curious and non-assumptive approach to every client.
ADHD screening is available online or in person and costs $300.

A Space to Feel Understood
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling. Amy works collaboratively with each client, drawing on different therapeutic approaches and adapting sessions to suit your individual needs and goals.
Whether you are looking for support with your own wellbeing, your relationship, or wanting to better understand whether ADHD may be part of your experience, the first step is simply starting the conversation.
