Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes plans change and appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee ($65).

A $65 fee will also apply to missed appointments (no-shows).

This fee reflects the appointment time that has been reserved for you and the limited opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client at short notice.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In these situations, please contact me as soon as possible. I may waive the cancellation fee where there are exceptional or unavoidable circumstances.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
