OnTrac Group Therapy Program

SUPPORTING YOUNG MINDS WITH ADHD

I’m pleased to share that the OnTrac ADHD Group Therapy Program has been a great success and will continue running throughout 2026. It is an online skills and strategies program designed to support both adolescents and adults with ADHD to build confidence, resilience, and practical life skills in a supportive and empowering environment.

OnTrac supports participants to build on strengths, develop practical strategies, and better navigate the everyday challenges of ADHD. The program combines ADHD education, adaptive thinking skills, and real world tools that can be applied at home, school, work, and in relationships. Delivered in a group setting, OnTrac also offers a valuable sense of connection, shared understanding, and belonging.
